Intake and pre-litigation
Before the lawsuit: what is alleged to have happened, what is each party's position, and which documents are missing? LexBox reviews the client's material and prepares a list of questions.
Result: The lawyer has the basis to assess whether the case should be pursued.

Statement of claim
Claims, grounds, and circumstances are structured, and the written evidence is gathered in the specification of evidence. Gaps become visible before the application is submitted.
Result: A structurally complete application.
Step 02
Written exchange
When the opposing party's statement of defense is received, LexBox shows what has been admitted, what is disputed, and what has been left unanswered.
Result: The lawyer has a clear picture of the opposing party's case.
Step 03
Preparatory hearing
The framework description as it appears in the documents: disputed and undisputed circumstances, and what needs to be clarified at the meeting.
Result: The lawyer enters the meeting with a clear framework.

Main hearing
The sequence of events and the invoked evidence compiled so that the opening statement can be built directly on the material.
